Prior to its repeal by P.L. 36-044:3 (July 20, 2021), this provision stated: If, however, such instrument does not contain the words with
power of sale, such trustee shall have no power to sell or otherwise
deal with the land without an order of the court so to do, duly given and made, a certified copy of which order shall be filed with the registrar, and a memorial thereof entered upon the certificate of title, which shall be conclusive evidence as against all persons that the authority of such trustee was duly exercised in accordance with the true intent and meaning of the trust, condition, or limitation.
