The words file for record when used as a directive in any law relating to any instrument to be filed in the recorder’s office shall mean record in the manner provided in § 60317 of this Article.

CH. 60 LAND MANAGEMENT
The recorder shall not receive for recording any instrument which is not sufficiently legible and on paper of sufficient weight to be photographed or microphotographed.
