Terms Used In 21 Guam Code Ann. § 60408

  • Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
Upon the transmittal to the Legislature of the approved plan as provided in § 60406, the Legislature shall hold at least one (1) public hearing in order to permit the public to present its views as to the proposed street and highway names. The legislature, upon the conclusion of such hearing may, by statute, adopt the plan as submitted or may amend the same in whole or in part. Upon adoption, the names so approved shall be the official names of the streets and highways of Guam.
