Terms Used In 21 Guam Code Ann. § 60611
- Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
The Director of Land Management shall prepare annually and submit to the Legislature, through the Governor, a report setting out all activities by the Department of Land Management and Guam Surveyor in carrying out the survey of government land as required by § 60601 of this Chapter and the survey of private land as authorized by § 60606 of this Chapter. Such report shall be submitted on or before July 5th of each year and shall cover the survey activities of the Department and of the Guam Surveyor for the immediately preceding fiscal year.
