  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.

The hearing shall not be prior to the expiration of the time within which the respondent is entitled to file a notice of defense. The notice to respondent shall be substantially in the following form but may include other information:
