Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 319-1
- Department: means the department of budget and finance. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 319-1
- Director: means the director of finance. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 319-1
- Plan: means the Hawaii dental education plan. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 319-1
As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
“Department” means the department of budget and finance.
“Director” means the director of finance.
“Plan” means the Hawaii dental education plan.
“WICHE” means the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education as described in chapter 304A, part VII, subpart D.
