Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 432E-2
- Enrollee: means a person who enters into a contractual relationship under or who is provided with health care services or benefits through a health benefit plan. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 432E-1
If there is a conflict with any other law, this chapter shall prevail to the extent that this chapter offers greater protection or rights to the enrollee.
