Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 437B-21
- Motor vehicle: means any passenger car, truck, truck tractor, motorcycle, or motor scooter, as defined in § 286-2, and the integral parts thereof. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 437B-1
Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the bringing of a civil action against a motor vehicle repair dealer, mechanic, or apprentice by an individual.
