Terms Used In Idaho Code 54-1820
- Board: means the state board of medicine. See Idaho Code 54-1803
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114
All papers, records, correspondence, communications and proceedings of the Idaho state board of medicine shall be open and public except as otherwise provided in chapter 1, title 74, Idaho Code.
