Terms Used In Idaho Code 67-7402

State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114
state lottery: means the state lottery established and operated pursuant to this chapter. See Idaho Code 67-7404

There is hereby created in the department of self-governing agencies an agency to be known as the Idaho state lottery. The Idaho state lottery shall implement and administer the provisions of this chapter.
