Terms Used In Idaho Code 67-7417

  • Commission: means the Idaho state lottery commission. See Idaho Code 67-7404
  • Director: means the director of the lottery. See Idaho Code 67-7404
  • retailer: means a person with whom the lottery has contracted for the purpose of selling tickets or shares in lottery games to the public. See Idaho Code 67-7404
Under rules and regulations adopted by the commission, the director may require an appropriate bond from any lottery game retailer or may purchase blanket bonds covering the activities of selected lottery game retailers.
