Terms Used In Idaho Code 67-9010
- Partnership: means the Idaho rural development partnership established by section 67-9004, Idaho Code. See Idaho Code 67-9003
- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
In conducting the performance evaluation of an employee of an agency who has worked with the partnership, that agency may consider any comments submitted by the partnership in support of the employee.
