- career technical education: means secondary, postsecondary and adult courses, programs, training and services administered by the division of career technical education for occupations or careers that require other than a baccalaureate, master’s or doctoral degree. See Idaho Code 33-2202
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Oversight: Committee review of the activities of a Federal agency or program.
- person: includes a corporation as well as a natural person;
