Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 110 ILCS 135/5

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     Technology entrepreneur centers; creation.The board of trustees of each public university and community college district in this State is authorized to create a technology entrepreneur center for each campus of the university or for each community college. In creating a center, the board of trustees may use as a model the Technology Entrepreneur Center and Academy for Entrepreneurial Leadership located within the College of Engineering of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
