Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 110 ILCS 27/19

  • Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     A Model Partnership Agreement shall be developed through a Dual Credit Committee involving collaboration between the Illinois Community College Board and the State Board of Education by June 30, 2019. The Committee shall consist of 5 members appointed by the State Superintendent of Education and 5 members appointed by the Executive Director of the Illinois Community College Board. The Model Partnership Agreement shall address all of the matters set forth in Section 16 of this Act.
