- Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
The Attorney General may enforce any violation of Section 5-6, 5-7, 5-8, 5-9, 5-10, 5-11, 5-12, 5-14, or 5-15 of this Act as an unlawful practice under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
