Adequate insect and rodent control measures shall be employed. All buildings shall be fly proof and rodent proof, and rodent harborages shall not be permitted to exist in the park or pathways. All mobile homes shall be skirted to exclude rodents and provide protection to the homes’ utilities from the weather.
