- Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
Each hospital licensed under this Act shall have an agreement with its federally designated organ procurement agency providing for notification of the organ procurement agency when potential organ donors become available, as required in § 5-25 of the Illinois Anatomical Gift Act.
