Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 730 ILCS 205/2-30

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     The data prepared by the State Board of Elections in Section 2-25 shall be used only as the basis for determining Legislative and Representative Districts. Residences at unknown geographic locations within the State under subsection (c) of Section 2-25 shall not be used to determine the ideal population of any set of districts, wards, or precincts. The data prepared by the State Board of Elections in Section 2-25 shall not be used in the distribution of any State or federal aid.
