Sec. 2.5. As used in this chapter, “low level radioactive waste” means radioactive material from a facility licensed by the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission under 10 C.F.R. § part 50 other than the following:
(2) Spent nuclear fuel.
(1) High level radioactive waste.

(3) Transuranic waste.
(4) Byproduct material (as defined in 42 U.S.C. § 2014(e)).
