Sec. 5. As used in this chapter, “member” refers to a member of:
(1) the armed forces of the United States; or
Indiana Code 10-18-9-1 Indiana Code 10-18-9-5 Indiana Code 10-18-9-6(2) the National Guard;Terms Used In Indiana Code 10-18-9-5
who is a resident of Indiana.
