Terms Used In Indiana Code 13-18-24-9

  • Judgment: means all final orders, decrees, and determinations in an action and all orders upon which executions may issue. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
   Sec. 9. A person who violates this chapter commits a Class B infraction. However, the offense is a Class A infraction if the person has a prior unrelated judgment for a violation of this chapter.
