Terms Used In Indiana Code 13-23-9-6
- Felony: A crime carrying a penalty of more than a year in prison.
Sec. 6. A person who, with intent to defraud, knowingly or intentionally makes a material misstatement in connection with a request for payment from the ELTF commits a Level 6 felony.
