Indiana Code 16-18-2-210. “Local board of health”

Sec. 210. (a) “Local board of health”, for purposes of IC 16-22-8, means a local board of health referred to in IC 16-20.

(b) “Local board of health”, for purposes of IC 16-46-10, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-46-10-0.5.
