- eligible student: refers to an individual described in section 1 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 21-12-1.5-3
Sec. 4. An eligible student is eligible for the same maximum award as a similarly situated individual who graduates from high school with an Indiana diploma with a Core 40 with academic honors designation.
