Terms Used In Indiana Code 21-12-6.5-5

  • Misdemeanor: Usually a petty offense, a less serious crime than a felony, punishable by less than a year of confinement.
Sec. 5. A person who knowingly or intentionally submits a false or misleading application or other document under this chapter commits a Class A misdemeanor.
