- outcomes based funding formula: refers to the higher educational operating funding outcomes based formula created by the commission under section 2(a) and 2(b) of this chapter. See Indiana Code 21-18-16-1
Sec. 7. The commission shall distribute on a monthly basis to each state educational institution the amount appropriated for the outcomes based prospective model subject to the commission’s review of the state educational institution’s performance according to the outcomes based funding formula created under this chapter.
