- Month: means a calendar month, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
- program: refers to the workforce diploma reimbursement program established by section 7 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 22-4.1-27-6
Sec. 13. Approved eligible program providers shall submit monthly invoices to the department not later than the tenth calendar day of each month for milestones listed under section 12 of this chapter met by students in the immediately preceding calendar month.
