Terms Used In Indiana Code 24-4-3-4
- Person: shall be deemed to mean a person, firm, partnership, association, limited liability company, or corporation. See Indiana Code 24-4-3-1
Sec. 4. Any person advertising in any manner second-hand watches for sale shall state clearly in such advertising that the watches so advertised are second-hand watches.
