Sec. 13. The agency shall submit a report to the:
(2) legislative services agency;
(1) governor; and

- agency: refers to the Indiana professional licensing agency. See Indiana Code 25-1-16-1
- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
not later than July 1 of each year. The report submitted to the legislative services agency must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
