Sec. 1.5. As used in this chapter, “dependent” means a natural child, stepchild, or adopted child of a parent who is a member of the armed forces of the United States and who is less than twenty-six (26) years of age and at the time of application under this chapter:
(2) is:
(1) resides with the parent; or

(A) enrolled in and regularly attending a secondary school; or
(B) a full-time student at an accredited college or university;
