- board: has the meaning set forth in IC 25-1-8-1. See Indiana Code 25-1-17-1
- military service: means service performed while an active member of any of the following:
Indiana Code 25-1-17-2
- military spouse: means the husband or wife of an individual who is a member of the armed forces of the United States. See Indiana Code 25-1-17-3
Sec. 10. This chapter does not prohibit a military service applicant, military spouse, or dependent from proceeding under other licensure, certification, registration, or permit requirements established by a board.
