Indiana Code 25-1-5-10.5. Provider profile information supplied by Indiana board of veterinary medicine

Sec. 10.5. The Indiana board of veterinary medicine shall provide the agency with the information necessary to create and maintain a provider profile under section 10 of this chapter for each provider (as defined by section 10(a) of this chapter) regulated under IC 25-38.1.
