- Licensing agency: means the Indiana professional licensing agency established by IC 25-1-5-3. See Indiana Code 25-6.1-1-3
Sec. 6.5. The licensing agency may hire an education officer who reports directly to the director of the licensing agency to oversee routine and ongoing compliance with the continuing education requirements of this chapter.
