Terms Used In Indiana Code 25-6.1-9-7
- Licensee: means any person licensed under this article and, in the case of an auction company, includes the person required to obtain a license for such auction company. See Indiana Code 25-6.1-1-3
- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 7. A licensee who is initially licensed in the fourth year of a renewal period is exempt from the continuing education requirement under this chapter for that renewal period.
