- data base: refers to the all payer claims data base created under this chapter. See Indiana Code 27-1-44.5-1
- Department: means "the department of insurance" of this state. See Indiana Code 27-1-2-3
Sec. 0.2. As used in this chapter, “administrator” means the entity that contracts with the department to create, operate, and maintain the data base.
