Terms Used In Indiana Code 29-1-1-13
- Clerk: means the clerk of the court or a person authorized to perform the clerk's duties. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 13. Service by publication shall be made by the clerk at the instance of the party who requires such service to be made. Personal service may be made by any competent person unless otherwise directed by the court or the provisions of this article.
