- Liabilities: The aggregate of all debts and other legal obligations of a particular person or legal entity.
- Sheriff: means the sheriff of the county or another person authorized to perform sheriff's duties. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 8. The sheriff of the supreme court is subject to all the penalties and liabilities of sheriffs of the circuit courts.
