Sec. 6. The clerk of a standard superior court, under the direction of the judge of the court, shall provide:
(2) judgment dockets and execution dockets; and
(1) order books and fee books;
Terms Used In Indiana Code 33-29-1-6
- Clerk: means the clerk of the court or a person authorized to perform the clerk's duties. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
- Judgment: means all final orders, decrees, and determinations in an action and all orders upon which executions may issue. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
(3) other books for the court;
that must be kept separately from the books and papers of other courts.
