- clerk: means a clerk of the circuit court elected and qualified under Article 6, Sections 2 and 4 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana. See Indiana Code 33-32-1-1
- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 11. By January 31 of each year, every clerk shall provide a report to the Indiana commission on court appointed attorneys concerning the fees the clerk deposited and transferred under IC 35-33-7-6 for the previous calendar year. The report must include statistics regarding the number of instances in the previous calendar year that the clerk deposited and transferred fees under IC 35-33-7-6.
