Terms Used In Indiana Code 33-32-3-3

  • Docket: A log containing brief entries of court proceedings.
  • Judgment: means all final orders, decrees, and determinations in an action and all orders upon which executions may issue. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
   Sec. 3. The circuit court judgment docket is a public record that is open during the usual hours of transacting business for examination by any person.
