Terms Used In Indiana Code 33-33-48-13

  • Chief judge: The judge who has primary responsibility for the administration of a court but also decides cases; chief judges are determined by seniority.
   Sec. 13. The judges of the circuit court shall select from among themselves a chief judge of the circuit court. The chief judge shall be selected for a minimum term of twelve (12) months.
