Sec. 3. As used in the chapter, “prosecuting attorney” means:
(2) a deputy prosecuting attorney; or
(1) a prosecuting attorney;

- Attorney: includes a counselor or other person authorized to appear and represent a party in an action or special proceeding. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
(3) a senior prosecuting attorney appointed under IC 33-39-10-1.
