Terms Used In Indiana Code 33-41-1-2

  • Reporter: Makes a record of court proceedings and prepares a transcript, and also publishes the court's opinions or decisions (in the courts of appeals).
     (b) A judge may not appoint the judge’s son or daughter as an official reporter.
