Terms Used In Indiana Code 33-41-3-0.2

  • Deposition: An oral statement made before an officer authorized by law to administer oaths. Such statements are often taken to examine potential witnesses, to obtain discovery, or to be used later in trial.
   Sec. 0.2. The addition of IC 33-15-27 (before its repeal, now codified in this chapter) by P.L.104-1999 applies only to a deposition taken after December 31, 1999.
