Terms Used In Indiana Code 35-52-4-23

  • Charity: An agency, institution, or organization in existence and operating for the benefit of an indefinite number of persons and conducted for educational, religious, scientific, medical, or other beneficent purposes.
   Sec. 23. IC 4-32.3-8-4 defines a crime concerning charity gaming.
