Sec. 8. The department may impose a reasonable fee for:
(2) certifying a person who successfully completes a T-CPR program or any T-CPR instructor requirements.
(1) providing a T-CPR program or continuing education course; and

- department: refers to the department of homeland security established by IC 10-19-2-1. See Indiana Code 36-8-25-1.5
- T-CPR: means telephone cardiopulmonary resuscitation. See Indiana Code 36-8-25-4
The department shall deposit any fees collected in the fire and building services fund established by IC 22-12-6-1.
