- customer: means a person to whom telecommunications services are provided. See Indiana Code 8-1-29-1
- telecommunications: means the electronic transmission, between or among points specified by the user, of information of the user's choosing, without change in the form or content of the information sent and received. See Indiana Code 8-1-29-2
Sec. 1.5. As used in this chapter, “preferred carrier change order” means a request to change a customer‘s telecommunications provider.
