Sec. 1. (a) As used in this chapter, “assignee” means any individual, corporation, or other legal entity to which an SNG property interest is transferred.
(b) The term includes an assignee of a person described in subsection (a).

Terms Used In Indiana Code 8-1-8.9-1
- assignee: means any individual, corporation, or other legal entity to which an SNG property interest is transferred. See Indiana Code 8-1-8.9-1
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Property: includes personal and real property. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
- SNG: has the meaning set forth in Indiana Code 8-1-8.9-8
