  • Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
  • pilot program: means the education and career support services pilot program established by the commission under section 2 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 21-18-17.5-1
